El Paso County’s 3rd Annual
Winter Hobby Wine Competition 2021
Do you make your own wine? Are you interested in entering your wine in a competition to get valuable feedback on your wines from an experienced judging panel? Enter your best homemade wines in the El Paso County’s 3rd Annual Winter Hobby Wine Competition. $10 per entry, and all entries must be submitted by February 1, 2021; or if dropping of at the Brew Hut it must be submitted by January 30 at 12 noon.
Proceeds from the Competition and the awards reception will go to the Friends of El Paso County Nature Centers, a 501(c)3 organization, and will support environmental education programs in El Paso County.

- Fruit Wines
- Port Style
- Sherry Style
- Other Fortified
All entries must Register in advance here. After registering, print your receipt and attach it to the Entry Form. Entry form, On-Line Receipt, and wine should be dropped off at Fermentations Winemaking and Homebrewing Center, located at 5765 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, and must be dropped off by Monday, February 1. A second drop off location is The Brew Hut, located at 15120 E Hampden Avenue in Aurora, and must be dropped off by 12 noon on Saturday, January 30.
