Welcome to Fountain Creek Nature Center! The nature center was established in 1992 as part of El Paso County Park Nature Centers. It has a mission to connect people to their natural and cultural resources and inspire them to become stewards for the parks and our environment. Fountain Creek Nature Center fulfills its mission by offering school field trips, summer nature camps, public programs, and events throughout the year. The nonprofit Friends of El Paso County Nature Centers supports the nature center’s mission through funding and countless volunteer hours. There are many opportunities for adults and teens to volunteer with the nature center. Fountain Creek Nature Center has something for everyone ages two to ninety-two. Step inside and explore the interactive exhibits to learn about the natural and cultural history surrounding Fountain Creek.
