Hours of Operation

Household Hazardous Waste Accepted:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30AM – Noon & 1:00PM – 4:00PM
    (no Wednesdays)
  • 2025 Saturdays: January 11, March 8, May 10, July 12, September 13, November 8: 8:30AM – Noon

Household Recyclables Accepted:

Plan ahead: Bins are closed when at capacity.

  • Wednesdays: 8:30AM – Noon
  • 2025 Saturdays: January 11, March 8, May 10, July 12, September 13, November 8: 8:30AM – Noon

Reuse Area:

  • Wednesdays: 8:30AM – Noon

Proof of El Paso or Teller County residency is required at drop-off (photo ID, lease, etc.)

  • Some services may not be available during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, ice). Call 719–520-7878 or 719–520-7879 to determine status prior to coming to the facility.
  • Closed county holidays.
